At Heliosmeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Heliosmeds account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
